West Coast

Cutting a story short. Karamea. Most northern settlement on the west coast where I had spent first night on West Coast. A slight mission to get there it self as there are few km of gravel. Very few tourists(specially at this time of year - November) and guess what. I met a first person traveling on a bike. Here it is a biggest fan of Suzuki GSXR on earth - Lubos.
We pitched tents next to each other and spent next few days together. What a great surprise and feeling to have another biker/traveler with me :)

Famous Pancake rocks. Doesn't look that impressive. I know. I suck at taking pics......

Suzuki riders and off course famous West Coast rain. Actually West Coast is rain forrest, which gets 300+ days of rain every year..... Wettest spot on New Zealand map.

But if you get it right, can be one of the most amazing places which you have ever visited :)

We are still hanging on together

And we do some crazy shit :D

Getting to Wanaka, finishing the West Coast. It was our last day together, as we had different plans. Actually Lubos had a plan, I didn't - just wanted to spend little bit more time in the area.
So, here it is last photo together. Last goodbye. Pretty lucky to meet and ride together :)

New Zealand on motorbike. It is all about getting to those unique spots, where you feel those good vibes, feel the nature. There was a nice stream next to this campsite, got there a trout for dinner, took a swim, started a fire in the little hut and enjoyed star gazing in the night. I can't ask for more.

It is a fairly short post. There are some really long ones coming as I am trying to catch up :)
Stay tune :)
